Paul is an employment lawyer, admitted into the Supreme Court of NSW in 1993. He co-ordinates sensitive workplace investigations and reviews and advises on complex professional standards.
Paul is a LEADER-accredited mediator and an experienced lawyer with particular expertise in Employment Law, Discrimination, Privacy and Child Protection Law. Paul brings his extensive experience to the many complex dispute projects that he has been assigned.
He has extensive experience in leading organisational change and managing effective organisational development through the delivery of effective planning, policy development and training services.
Paul is an experienced adult educator and leadership mentor. He facilitates strategic planning and review processes in a variety of organisational context.
